Secret Tip #11
Always train alone. If you train with other riders you will become familiar with riding in a bunch and will therefore become too comfortable riding in a bunch and less likely to try and breakaway during a race.

iBike and Red Hill
How accurate is the iBike?
The climb - Red Hill - 1.1 km long, 103 m ascent (9%)
The time - 3:30 min
Average Power:
iBike = 396 W
cycle2max.com - 393 W
That's pretty close..............
btw, 3:30 min ain't that fast, but I'll take on challengers !

iBike and the CCC Criteriums
Tonights B grade criterium couldn't have been that hard - the iBike showed average power of 180 W. No wonder so many B graders then lined up for the A grade race (although most then pulled out?)

New Toy

Secret Tip #09
Always catching a cold?
Sleep with the windows closed, no air-conditioning and the sheets pulled up, this way you'll sweat out any germs before they can do you any harm.
